WHO said So
Might be the state of AP is the first of the kind, where Congress Party had regained power consecutively for the second term with a comfortable majority required to rule the state, is welcoming president's rule.
When does the president's rule is asked for ??The president's rule is usually imposed during the collapse of a minority numbered governments or in case of lack of consensus for a collation government in a particular state or on any other high reasons of emergency of security reasons of a federal state.
But how did AP became case of such imminent proposal with clear majority for a ruling party is a matter of combination of pathetic politics, unethical standards of practice on sensitive issues, political unemployment, unimpressive and unclear decision making, timid leadership, restless student groups and diversion of public issues.
All this comes at What cost???!?!?
Mrs.Mayor Requests for Mr.Husband
ON Wednesday the news papers in the city of Hyderabad carried a “first of its Kind news”; Mrs.Karthika Reddy, the first time and newly elected Mayor of the city, requesting Government of Andhra Pradesh to let her husband to support her in the governance affairs of Mayor's position , till she gains command over the issues.
Fora long time i used to wonder ,how do politicians get to understand their role, profile, responsibilities without any training ,whereas a fresh employee in a corporate needs to take a lot of interest in such things into up right high priority and also needs to succeed in all these is a must.
Indian public have widely witnessed such bizarre exemplaries infinite times in the space of public offices; RabriDevi's episode as Bihar's CM is outstanding one.
1.This episode reflects the nakedness of political parties and exact motive behind the move , who feel proud in promoting "women Cause-holding positions in public offices" and on part of karthika Reddy, its a case of lack of politico-strategic sense and reflects her innocence in making her first steps in public life as a Mayor.
2.The young and debutant Mayor, has actually pressed a right button in a wrong way" a huge need of Training in Administration affairs". what she requested for is a genuine demand for an on-job-training and exposure to administrative affairs and issues of a public office and it is a rarest case of appeal by our elected representatives.
3. The need identification is equally felt by all first time elected representatives and its non-gender issue of any position or any place, but very seldom known to public or representatives demand openly for such need. This is almost a non-issue, in most of the instances /cases ,as the husbands of the elected representatives run a parallel show and Indians have come to its terms a long time back and has been part of public administration culture, practices and places-urban, rural.Metro.
4. The damage she made is more than one way to look;
-One, she has hampered the image she bore as a women Candidate/Representative in a public office and brought down respect to the position and Chair of Mayor.
-Two,she openly brought the unconditional nexus that exists between power and lobbying ,especially if wife and husband both have public life and a career in politics.
-Three, She herself has let the public to feel the fishy behind the doors and let the opposition parties here after to doubt and scrutiny each of her decisions unnecessarily.
5. The right way to make such claim, she could have approached administrative colleges for training or suggestion or for any other support rather than seeking government to let her husband to hold the position. Or else she could have silently managed the issue by following many others alike her, Shadow-governance is a open secret the Indian public is aware of and accepted too.
Who cares......... Right?!!!

PAA...DisAPPoints
1. It's BIG B himself. Being a great admirer of AB and given the versatile roles offered to him at this age, where every one of his peers have retired and relaxing at homes, i found AURO was an oddest role of his career.
2. "The character come first- actor later", is a stupid thing of theory for great admirers, if the fan fail to locate his favourite actor in the character. For sure AB has disappointed his fans and admirers.
3.The most talked Make up has taken away the glamour of BIG B; both in terms of appearnace and voice, which made him unwatchable and the meek voice he speaks, actually irritated me a lot. He brand carries a personality and his voice a signature is just given a death in the movie.
4. The trend to make films with some peculiar disease as backdrop a movie is nt new, but they should not be attempeted by any or every actor/actress. Rajesh Khanna succeeded, Ajay Devagan and Salaman Khan failed in appealing such roles. But this formula resurfaced with the recent super commercial success of "Tare Zameen Par", the trend is irritating for being re-used and iam also told that Sharukh Plays another phobia affected role in his upocoming movie "My Name is Khan", ahhhh..enough. Dnt kill audience with storylines of a disease taking on big actors.
5. The director BALKI unnecessarily hyped the movie for selfish reasons and marketing his idea to BIG B and succeeded in getting produced by AB and also signing in Jr.AB. a Lucky happening of Balki's life, but it bares the curse of his fans too. Watching it closely i guess he had taken the advantage with AB with his success of "Chenni Kum".
6.I could have enjoyed "Paa", if Balki could have tried this with Kamal Hassan or Nasserunddin sha or Om Puri or others;the well recognised actors for "Method Acting" "ACTING BY BOOK of RULES".
7. "Paa" is a wrongly promoted movie by saying "This is a father-son-son-father story", but it is a "Mother-son-Granny story".
In total "Paa"....disAPPoints his fans and admirers.
